Davies & Davies Lettings Office handles over 750 properties for local and overseas landlords, from Frome to Chippenham and Melksham to Bath. We are one of the largest lettings and property management agents in the area, and are Members of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents Propertymark (ARLA).
Davies & Davies has a prominent shop front displaying the properties available to let and is staffed by a team of specialist lettings negotiators who are dedicated to letting clients' properties for the highest possible rent in the shortest possible time.
We manage properties in all price ranges from flats to large detached houses with equal diligence and careful attention. Our tenants are carefully selected and full references are always taken before they are allowed possession of a property.

Currently on maternity leave, Sian joined Davies & Davies as our Lettings Manager, having an established career within the industry since 2014. Sian started her career in Berkshire working for a large independent agent and quickly progressed to manage various offices across Berkshire and Wiltshire. During her time working in Devizes, she fell in love with the Wiltshire countryside and relocated to the area in 2020. Having previously spent time working for a reputable agent in the beautiful city of Bath, Sian gained a wealth of experience working within a demanding and fast paced rental market. She comes with a successful track record in renting property and understands the importance of providing a personal service to our clients. When not working, Sian loves spending her time exploring the local countryside or challenging herself to a new adventure, having recently taken up mountaineering.

Having joined the Lettings team in 2014 as a Maintenance Negotiator, Philomena has been promoted throughout her time with Davies & Davies, and recognition of her hard work and commitment to providing the best service for our landlords and tenants. As Head of Property Management, Philomena oversees the management of our property portfolio, and supporting the team in the day to day routine. Philomena goes above and beyond her clients’ expectations and loves the satisfaction of finding a resolution to a difficult or challenging issue. Having lived locally for the past 28 years, she has excellent knowledge of the town and its amenities, which can really benefit tenants who are looking to rent in a new location. In her spare time, she loves exploring the great outdoors with her family.

Mark joined our busy maintenance team in 2022. Having a successful career in different aspects of estate agency over the past 15 years, Mark has found his calling in maintenance and brings a vast amount of experience to the role. Mark is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring that all maintenance issues are handled effectively, and our portfolio of managed properties remains compliant. Mark grew up locally and enjoys exploring Wiltshire and Somerset with his family in his free time.

Andrea is our accounts guru, after joining Davies and Davies back in 2005 she has a proven track record of ensuring smooth payment of rent between landlords, tenants, and contractors. When Andrea isn’t on hand dealing with accounting queries, she tends to be holidaying in the sunshine or bird watching in her garden.

Kirsty joined our busy lettings team back in 2019, following an established career for a well-known high street agent across Bath and West Wiltshire. Kirsty looks after most of our prospective tenants and ensures a smooth transition from the point of viewing a property, right up until they collect the keys to their new home. Kirsty is a long-standing Bath Rugby fan and when she isn’t cheering from the stands, she is usually reading or going on a long walk.

Margerita recently joined the lettings team and is a Trowbridge resident with a passion for exploration and discovery. As a former inventory clerk, she has a keen eye for detail and organisation. In her spare time, she enjoys taking leisurely walks, immersing in a good book, or discovering the hidden gems in and around Wiltshire. Margerita also has an appreciation for the beauty of nature and historical sites, making every outing a memorable experience.

Clare has worked for Davies & Davies since 2005 and has covered various roles within the Lettings Department. Clare ensures that all maintenance issues are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible through effective communication with landlords, tenants and contractors, something that she finds very rewarding. Clare is local and spends a lot of her free time exploring the wonderful restaurants and bars that the surrounding area has to offer.

Having worked within the Lettings team at Davies & Davies since 2001, Lisa is a familiar face with most of our landlords and tenants having experience in various roles within the Lettings department. Lisa is now responsible for conducting all of our property visits and loves getting to meet with all of our tenants at their homes. Lisa has a little Jack Russell who she spends most of her time walking in her free time.

Kiri has a wealth of customer service experience within her varying roles in her career, which have helped her build great relationships with landlords and tenants alike. Having had a lengthy career in hospitality which has supported her attention to detail when building those relationships. She can mostly be seen with a huge friendly smile or heard giggling away in the office. She loves to see the positive side of things and radiates this positivity wherever she goes. In her spare time Kiri loves to explore the great outdoors on lengthy walks with her husband and sausage dog Monty!

Nikita joined the lettings team in 2024 with previous experience in property maintenance and customer service facing roles. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters exploring all things nature.
